Award-Winning Personal Protection Course Offered To Women of Nassau County, Florida

Taught by the 2010 Reality-Based Fighting, Self-Defense Instructor of the Year for Women's Self-Defense, Atlantic Warriors special Personal Protection Course in September is specifically designed to teach you how to survive today's dangerous environment. By shattering the myths surrounding realistic self-defense, Sifu Jonathan Petree, equips women with the facts and usable skills in this unique 2-part course. Graduates will be a force to be reckoned with regardless of their size, strength or fitness level.

  This is like no other course - this is today's most advanced and up-to-date understanding of how to survive a physical attack. This highly comprehensive self-defense course gives women the ability to simplify self-defense by understanding where and when they are most vulnerable. This course includes both classroom, and hand-to-hand components. You will be able to immediately use what you learn in this class, but we hope you will never have to. In addition, participants will become fully certified in Atlantic Warriors' Level 1 - Basic Defensive Methods Course
